Ramen Shifu

In Los Boliches, Fuengirola, Ramen Shifu is a Japanese spot with more than ten kinds of ramen and a menu that runs from gyozas to pad thai. The draw is the fried chicken and a spicy fried chicken ramen that @comilones_del_barrio flags as a favourite.

Order the karaage €5.10 no matter what: tender chicken, a pleasant batter and a ginger-like note. The duck and porcini gyozas €5.30 are super flavourful, with a sweet sauce that wins the creator over. Among the ramen, the spicy fried chicken ramen €12.95, ordered at spice level 1, stands out for its peanut flavour and gets a I loved this one; the shichu ramen €12.95 has very good noodles, but the broth hits hard with a bitter, salty edge. The pad thai ebi €11.95 delivers a toasted note.
